Who are we
We are an Australian Family owned business since 2005. We service all areas of the Tweed Coast, Southern Gold Coast and often travel to Byron Bay, Lismore & Goonellabah. With over 16 years of experience we really are your dream wedding and event styling team. Our customer service is second to none and our eye for detail is what sets us apart from the rest.

Question: - I am in Sydney, can I order some balloons to be delivered to my house for my sons birthday party on the weekend.
Answer: - Unfortunately not, we are based in Tweed Heads (far North Coast of NSW). We deliver all over the Tweed Coast, Southern end of the Gold Coast and some parts of the Byron shire.
Question: We are getting married outside of your local area, are you able to style our wedding?
Answer: We can style your wedding if your wedding is within 200klms North or South of Tweed Heads. An additional travel fee will be applicable. Send us a message for a quote.
Question: We are getting married and have no idea where to start. Can you help us find a venue and source other suppliers?
Answer: Yes. If you hire the Jazeras team to style your wedding we will put you in touch with other highly recommended vendors at no extra charge. If you do not require our styling services, we can still help with basic Wedding planning packages starting at just $200
Question: How much notice do you require for personalised Balloons?
Answer: A minimum of 2 days notice is required.
Question: How much notice do you need to create some balloon arrangements for our event?
Answer: We encourage our customers to give as much notice as possible to ensure that we are available and that we have in stock what you require for your event. We will always try our best to fit your order in however this is not always possible. To avoid disappointment, never leave it to the last minute / day you need it to order.
Question: Can we pick up our order?
Answer: Yes but only if pre arranged. If you are picking up helium filled balloons, we recommend that you have them delivered to ensure that your balloons arrive to the venue/destination in perfect condition. Often customers underestimate how much room inflated balloons take up in a vehicle or how heat etc affects them.
Question: What areas do you deliver to and is there a minimum spend?
Answer: We deliver to the following areas with a minimum spend of $50 on product(s) + a small delivery fee. Pottsville, Hastings Point, Cabarita Beach, Kingscliff, Casuarina, Chinderah, Fingal Heads, Murwillumbah, Condong, Tumbulgum, Banora Pt, South Tweed, Tweed Heads, West Tweed, Bilambil Heights, Coolangatta, Palm Beach, Currumbin, Bilinga, Tugun, Elanora, Robina
We deliver to the following areas with a minimum spend of $150 on product(s) + a delivery fee. Mermaid Beach, Miami, Surfers Paradise, Southport, Carrara, Arundal, Bundall, Broadbeach, Ashmore, Ocean Shores, Brunswick Heads, Mullumbimby, Byron Bay, Suffolk Park.
We deliver to the following areas with a minimum spend of $250 + delivery on product(s) + a delivery fee. Ballina, Alstonville, Lismore,
